Which houses have become more expensive in Baku?

Demand for courtyard and country houses has increased, although prices on the housing market have stabilized.

city.az reports that this was reported by the Center for Economic and Social Development (CESD).

It was noted that prices for private houses and land increased by 2.3% compared to the previous month. Demand and prices for residential and non-residential premises have not changed.

In non-residential premises, the monthly growth was 0.6%. While rental prices for residential apartments remained unchanged, rental prices for country houses increased by 4.8%.

Note that the consumer price index for January-May 2024 compared to the corresponding period in 2023 amounted to 100.6%, including 99.2% for food, drinks and tobacco products, 101.2% for non-food products, 102 .4% for paid services to the population.
