328 apartments put up for sale – monthly fee starts from 376 manats

The Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund, as part of the rental mechanism with the right to subsequent sale, offers citizens 328 fully renovated apartments on Mukhammad Asadov Street in Saray settlement.

city.az reports with reference to the AMCGF that the monthly fee for apartments starts from 376 manats.

Apartments will be available through system E-Mortgage & Loan Guarantee from May 23, 2024.

To date, lease agreements have been concluded with 4,434 citizens within the lease mechanism with the right to subsequent sale.
