Innovations in housing sales will appear in Azerbaijan

The preparation and corresponding submission of the bill on amendments to the Housing Code in order to organize the safe sale of apartments and protect the rights of persons purchasing housing are scheduled for July 1, 2024.

As city.az reports, the executive bodies under the bill are the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Justice.

At the same time, it is planned to launch a mobile application for government services related to real estate, complete electronicization of technical documentation for real estate (plan and size of the land plot, technical passport).
