Bills of sale issued for 60,000 real estate objects in 2 months

Over Jan-Feb 2024, the State Service for Property Issues carried out registration of ownership rights to 60,093 real estate objects.

city.az reports with reference to the Service that 9,349 of them accounted for initial registration and 50,744 for re-registration.

In 2 months, the state registration of ownership rights was carried out for 8,753 private residential and country houses, 13,248 for apartments, 36,258 for land plots, 512 for non-residential buildings, 1,220 for non-residential premises, 96 for property complexes, and 6 for multi-storey residential buildings.

14,886 of these ownership rights were in Baku, and the rest are regions. 43,765 technical passports were drawn up, 11,314 mortgage agreements were registered.
