To date, the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has given loans in the amount of 3.6 bn manats to 49,276 borrowers, city.az reports with reference to the AMCGF.
To date, business loans in the amount of 439.716 million manats are guaranteed, 4,427 apartments have been sold by renting them out.
The AMCGF was established in 2017 as a result of the merger of Mortgage Fund of Azerbaijan OJSC and Credit Guarantee Fund OJSC and is their legal successor.
